Led the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a complex, cross-functional initiative that spanned digital, technical, operational, logistics, and sales domains.
The program launched a new, direct-to-consumer sales channel across Canada, tailored to deliver a premium, white glove experience.
Every touchpoint was designed to reinforce a differentiated brand and customer experience.

Result: a seamless, coast-to-coast launch that unlocked a new revenue stream while elevating customer satisfaction and brand perception.

Developed and executed on an end to end digital transformation for a major Canadian telco. Created and deployed playbooks that mapped current state digital and IT landscape, identifying what to keep and what to move. Helped source the right SaaS and SI partners to execute on playbooks. 

Result: Increased digital channel mix, improved customer experience and faster GTM for all new launches

EBITDA transformation for a financial services company. Conducted a full analysis of the cost and revenue base and ran a benchmarking exercise to identify areas of opportunity across all functions in the organization.. 

Once identified, worked with the internal stakeholders to execute on all opportunities. This included a review and renegotiations of all existing contracts, reduction in expensive methods for marketing and service communications. In addition helped set up FinOps practice and dashboards for the executive team to have consistent insights on progress towards goals.

Result: Identified $15M in year savings and revenue uptick opportunities and $150M over 3 years, exceeding the target for the EBITDA improvement
